About us - Travel experts in India

Since the beginning of our travels in 2010, our incense-scented suitcases are always ready for a flight to India – one of the most interesting countries on the Asian continent. Several times a year we say goodbye to the quiet and lovely Lithuanian countryside and embark on adventures in the colorful lands of India.

Our expertise will help you to stay on track not only on India's roads and confusing metropolises, but also in navigating the local culture. For an unforgettable trip, we'll tailor an itinerary to suit your needs, depending on what you're looking for: an adventure, a relaxing break or a cultural discovery. Every step you take in this country can be the beginning of a meaningful and life-changing experience. In addition, a visit to India often inspires to visit its neighbouring countries, such as Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka, which we also invite you to experience firsthand.

We are very fortunate to keep in touch with the country's rich history and culture, which permeates the daily lives of modern Indians in the most unexpected ways: Indian businessmen often wait for astrologer's consultation before making an important decision, there's a number of temples built for Bollywood actors, and having a banana in the evening can cause a genuine shock to locals, as, according to Ayurveda, this food is considered as cold, and, by consuming it before sleep, you are putting your health at a serious risk. The list is never ending! No wonder that India is one of those rare countries where you can definitely travel more than once (recommended to visit at least 101 times, as it is a very lucky number in India).

India has it all: the soaring peaks of the Himalayas and the beautiful palm-fringed beaches of Kerala, the golden desert of Rajasthan and the fertile spice, tea, and coffee plantations of the South. In its vast cities, the voices of tea sellers, rickshaw drivers and priests blend into a soothing, unforgettable buzz.

My journey into Indian culture began in 2008, when I enrolled in a former Centre of Oriental Studies (now the Institute of Asian and Transcultural Studies) at Vilnius University. In 2010, I had the opportunity to study in Delhi University for one year. This was the beginning of my own journeys finally exploring India firsthand, not only through articles, movies or books. After graduation, I packed my bags and went to India for work, accompanying Lithuanian travellers, helping to tailor itineraries and organize trips. I returned home with unforgettable memories and experiences. My time in India has inspired me to dive deeper into my own culture, and I became a certified guide in Lithuania, and in other Baltic countries. I've never stopped traveling to India, both on my own, as well as accompanying other travellers. There’s nothing better than having the opportunity to visit the Himalayas, thousand year old monuments, catching a glimpse of the beautiful smiles in South India, and then return to a peaceful homeland.

My acquaintance with India began when I started studying Indology at the Institute of Asian and Transcultural Studies, at Vilnius University. Since then, my interest in this unique culture has continued to this day. The country is so vast and diverse that it would take more than a lifetime to visit all the interesting places! I have been working as a tour guide in the South Asian region since 2016, visiting not only India, but also Nepal and Sri Lanka. Having traveled to South Asia many times, I've found reliable friends and partners who are always ready to help make each guest's trip comfortable.

South Asia is home to many religious communities that, despite their differences, have coexisted since ancient times. Buddhists are the closest to my heart, as their philosophy of life is practical and especially relevant today. The best part of travel is when travelers start to break their stereotypes about the country, when rumors no longer match the reality, prejudices disappear, and South Asia is painted in completely different colors than before getting on the plane. Namaskar or Ayubowan and goodbye!
